20" (66cm) - 2 x 100gm balls and 1 x 100gm contrast;
22" (71m) - 2 x 100gm balls and 1 x 100gm contrast;
24" (76cm) - 2 x 100gm balls and 1 x 100gm contrast;
26" (81cm) - 3 x 100gm balls  and 1 x 100gm contrast;
28" (86cm) - 3 x 100gm balls  and 1 x 100gm contrast;
30" (91cm) - 4 x 100gm balls and 2 x 100gm contrast.

SWEATER AND HAT:
20" (66cm) - 2 x 100gm balls and 1 x 100gm contrast;
22" (71m) - 3 x 100gm balls and 1 x 100gm contrast;
24" (76cm) - 2 x 100gm balls and 1 x 100gm contrast;
